Work Experience
Education
Bring transformation and evolution to digital products and businesses, by understanding contexts through assertive communication, strategy, research, and creativity. Creating and evolving scenarios for now and the future.
I work closely with clients across the full product cycle, from discovery and scenario planning to design, validation, and quality assurance with developers and QA.
Before any screen exists, I work to understand the business context, the product context, and how users actually operate within both. That means staying close to product, engineering, data, and CX throughout, not just at handoff points. My contribution sits upstream of usability: in how problems are framed, how workflows are structured, and how product decisions get made before any interface is defined.
I'm good at reading a situation before it's fully defined. Given user data and context, I can map failure points, anticipate edge cases, and act before problems surface in testing or production. I start from what users and stakeholders are actually trying to accomplish, not just what they request, and work toward experiences that hold up under real conditions.
I'm also consistently tracking what's moving in the industry: tools, methods, emerging interaction patterns. Not as a habit, but because it changes what I propose and how I scope solutions.
